Meet the Masala Köök culinarians, Sruthi Rajan and Pooja Kohli

We are two passionate Indian cooks living in Estonia, excited to share the vibrant flavors of our homeland with you.
Our workshops are designed to demystify Indian spices & show you how regional diversity makes our cuisine special.

Indian cuisine is largely based on regional traditions and the skillful use of spices. Dishes vary across different regions according to climate and religious customs, ranging from the rich curries of North India to the coconut- and rice-based dishes of the south. Both meat and vegetarian dishes hold an important place, with flavor balance achieved through the combination of spice blends, vegetables, and legumes.
